These terms apply when you buy Lean & Strong from StoreFront Studio, a business based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
A digital download. Core (US$197): the 12-week program PDF (gym and home tracks), a workout log and progression spreadsheet, a grocery list and meal planner, and Claude coach prompts. Complete (US$297): everything in Core plus a guide to maintenance and adaptations for women and adults over 40. Paid once through Stripe. There's no subscription and nothing is shipped. It doesn't include coaching or a personal plan.
After payment you're taken to a download page. Your personal download link works for 7 days after purchase, for up to 5 downloads. Each PDF is marked with your name, email and order reference. If you have trouble, use our contact form.
The kit is for your personal use. Please don't share, resell, upload or publish the files. All content remains the property of StoreFront Studio.
